There are two great grant programs that may suit your needs and help you get into the home you've been wanting! Below you will read more about each grant and what each of their requirements are.

PA Keystone Home Loan Program

K-Fit Loan

Provides a forgivable second loan of 5% of the lesser purchase price, or appraised value
Must meet eligibility for Keystone Program*
Minimum requirement of 660 credit score
Must contribute the lesser of 1% or $1,000 of own funds
Must be owner occupied
Forgiven 10% a year over a 1--year period
Income limits may apply

NeighborhoodLIFT

Down Payment Assistance

Provides $15,000 to assist you with down payment
Must be owner-occupied
Location: must be in the city limits of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Must be approved for a mortgage loan by a NeighborhoodLIFT program- approved lender
Income limits may apply
